Day 46
Today I got my first contract signed by my buyers. It is subject to sale, but I am the one who will be selling it, so (providing it all goes through) I have another listing to promote, and another home to open on the weekend. I am starting to see how you can make your successes snowball in this business.
I must admit that I have been neglecting my other ponds a little and have slackened off my cold calling and doorknocking whilst preparing this contract, which is less than ideal, but one that I should be able to rectify quite easily.
Tip of the Day:
Always prospect. Working on a contract means things are going well, but it also means that you are about to lose a listing. Make sure you are preparing something to take its place.
