Days 20 & 21
It is undeniable - poor weather makes for poor open homes.
Despite the mid-week assurances that the weekend would be a glorious, sun-filled affair - it wasn't. While I still met a few reasonable clients through my open homes, the overall quantity was somewhat lacklustre. That said, I may be able to squeeze a sale out of at least one of my groups between now and the end of the year, which, I guess would lead to a retraction of my negative statements about the weekend.
Let's hope that I can come back in a few months and edit large chunks out of this particular entry.
Tip of the Day:
Don't waste your time sitting around in empty open homes doing nothing. There is always bound to be a list of people you need to call - take along a notepad, a pen, some phone numbers and your phone. If you went to the effort of getting up and getting nicely dressed on your weekend, you might as well make something of the day!
