Day 13
13 - unlucky for some. Not so for me today.
Ok, ok, so I didn't get a sale - and in fact I only had three people come through my two open homes - but (and this is a big 'but') two of those people were very good leads, one of whom may yet buy off me in the next day or two. And the third person? She has a few properties around the area that she is looking to sell. All in all, it wasn't a bad day - and I am doing it all again tomorrow.
Tip of the Day:
If you are able, give yourself at least 5-10 minutes at your open homes before actually opening them. You will need the time to open doors & windows, turn on lights and set out your handouts, vistor's register, business cards etc.
