Day 68
I took today mostly-off. (My girlfriend was coming back from about 2 1/2 months overseas, and I needed to do some serious housework).
I did however go through my usual preparation for my open homes and inspect some apartments near the beach in Burleigh. We will have some nice one-unit-per-level apartments near the beach in Burliegh for sale in fairly soon. This will boost the $900,000 - $1 million section of the listing board. All I need now are some more buyers!
Tip of the Day:
Unless you are totally unable to attend, make sure you can get along to any product showings your office is putting together. If you know exactly what kind of stock is available, you will be a much more effective agent.
