Day 67
I did a couple of inspections today, and while I don't envisage either of them yeilding a sale, the clients are more than happy to deal with me, and will wait on me to let them know if what they are looking for becomes available. Now all I need to do is find as close to exactly what they are looking for as possible.
Time to start going through the listings, methinks...
Tip of the Day:
Don't be afraid to approach other agents to conjunct. Part of a sale is better than no sale at all. Who knows, you may even form a good professional relationship with another office, which will be of benefit to you further down the track.
Keep in mind though, that not all agents are equal, and some will try to 'steal' sales from you. It's nothing that can't be avoided if your paperwork is in order. Make sure that the deal - right down to percentages of who gets what is on paper and signed by everybody.
