Day 66
I spent some time today following up people I met at the seminar last night and putting together the remainder of my advertising for the week. Not the most exciting day of work ever, but you have to do some of the more mundane things if you want to make sales.
Tip of the Day:
Be persistent. You are the agent, and the onus is on you to follow up potential clients. Just because you leave a message on their phone doesn't mean they will call you back, and just because they don't call you back doesn't mean they aren't looking to buy or sell.
Don't get annoying or over do it, but if you leave a message and don't hear anything for two or three days, follow it up - about the worst that can happen is that someone can tell you they aren't interested.
