Day 64
I had a few clients (potential buyers all) to follow up today. I will be doing some inspections on a couple of properties over the course of the week, so let's hope something positive comes from it all. I am no longer disappointed when an inspection doesn't yield much interest - as long as I can keep control of the buyer and have them coming back to me when they want to find a property, I am happy.
Tip of the Day:
The best you can do is look after your clients and help them find what they want. Telling them what they want will rarely get you anywhere, and most reasonable people will appreciate your efforts in assisting them. Consequently, even if you have a few unsuccessful inspections, they will keep coming back to you because you are helping them find what they want.
