Day 61

Another Friday spent preparing for open homes. The entire process has become very routine by now - simply a matter of making sure I have signs for the correct open times, enough handouts and a surplus of business cards to hand out.

Tip of the Day:

Always make sure you have a couple of spare pens lying around for your open homes. No matter how hard you try, the pesky blighters will go missing over time and they are just about the most important sales tool available - if you can't write down the names and phone numbers of the people who come through your open homes, your database and chances of getting a sale from the open will be severely diminished.
