Days 34 & 35
It has been another quiet weekend, which has lead me to a fairly obvious conclusion: I need to convince my clients to do more advertising. You can't sell a secret. One of the tough things about buyers who are only moderately motivated, is encouraging them to spend money on marketing, and it is definitely something I need to work on.
Tip of the Day:
If you have trouble with unmotivated buyers, find out what their motivation for selling in the first place is, and amplify it. They want to live somewhere else? Find their new home for them - you'll be amazed what they will do to get their home sold when they need the money to buy another one!
