Day 59
Nothing particularly eventful happened today, I am currently searching for new places to advertise a couple of my more suburban properties. I don't doubt that they will sell, but in order to speed the process up, I need to get the word out a bit more.
Tip of the Day:
Have an idea of the type of person that will buy a property you have listed, and advertise the property where they will see it. Is the property close to a school? Try to get an advertisement in the school newsletter.
