Day 44
Today's the day I put together my first contract. Granted, I will have to wait a few days while my buyers consult with their solicitor before I will actually have a signed contract to boast about - but it is a good start!
My morning was spent touring the new sections of a golfing development, similar to the one that I have been active in - I think this will help greatly, in that I will now have some similar product to offer clients who are unable to find what they are looking for in my usual patch.
Tip of the Day:
Make sure you have plenty of time to go over contracts with your buyers - regardless of how often they buy property. There will always be questions, need for clarification and further explanation and you want to be able to walk them gently through the process. Of all things, this is one part of the sales process that should not be rushed.
