Day 40
Well, the inspection I stuck around for was not as promising as I had hoped, but I will follow up the conjuncting agent early next week to see how we are travelling. If nothing else, I met a few of the staff in the building - which is always handy when you are trying to get yourself known.
Tip of the Day:
When another agent has requested to see one of your open listings, be very guarded about the fact that it is open - at least until you have an official conjunction agreement on paper - the last thing you want to do is spend time showing a unit to the clients of another agent, only to have the other agent take the entire sale away from you.
