Days 6 & 7
I have bundled my first weekend into a single post simply because there was not a whole lot to report on. I attended a couple of open homes around lunchtime, but for the most part of it had a real (what will probably be close to my last) weekend.
One positive thing that did come out of the weekend was a response to Friday's mailout - I have a seller who I am am going to meet on Monday.
Tip of the Day
When doing an open home, leave a card or a note for the owner thanking them. You will give them a full report during the week, but keep in mind that they are helping you as much as you are helping them - thanks are deserved. They will appreciate the gesture and be only too happy to invite you back.
