Day 24
I feel a successful home inspection closer to a sale. It feels good. I am now at the point where I should be avoiding any chicken-counting whatsoever, because (to continue the metaphor) nothing has hatched yet. Nevertheless, this Saturday will see the prime time screening of Inspection #2 - Will they put down a deposit?
Otherwise, today was fairly quiet, following up leads and delivering my stash of letters - with luck I will be hearing something back from them all in the next few days. I'd hate to think I did all that work for nothing...
Tip of the Day:
"No Junk Mail" signs and stickers should never trouble you. Everything you send out should be of benefit to the person who recieves it. Most people would agree that while a supermarket catalogue is junk, a letter explaining how you can own a great investment property or extolling the virtues of your agency and services you provide, while not always 100% welcome, are not junk.
