Day 22
Well, today was filled with letters. Typing, printing and envelope-stuffing. I also took a few minutes to phone back my open home viewers and collect a few comments. Amidst it all, I have decided upon another apartment complex in dire need of my presence, so I will get over there tomorrow to have a scout around and put together even MORE letters!
Tip of the Day:
Letters need to have some kind of benefit to the reader, otherwise you will become closely associated with junk mail, which will never help your reputation. If you can't offer any great opportunities to your client base, simply go for a bit of boasting. Get some photos of the properties your office has sold in the last month, put them on a letter with the word "SOLD" in big letters. Say something like "We have sold all these in the last month, do you want to be next?"
Make sure you use the word 'we'. (Unless you sold them all yourself) For marketing purposes, your office is a team, and you should be able to claim some credit for the work of your colleages (and vice versa, of course).
