Day 18
Today found me searching for land - there is a lot of it out there, but there is very little within the parameters that I have been set. Actually, it's quite handy in that my final list will only give them a few options - this should prevent the buyers getting confused or going into information overload. Of course, I have to hope that at least (well, ideally) one of the properties is what they are looking for.
Tip of the Day:
If you are looking for a property and you have quite strict parameters, always quiz the agents who are active within your search area, or who specialise in the type of property you are looking for. They may not have anything listed, but they are most likely to know of someone who is thinking about putting their property up for sale. You might be able to find something without having to compete with other buying agents!
