Day 15
Today, like a lot of Mondays to come, was spent following up leads from my open homes on the weekend, and contacting the vendors of the open homes to provide them with feedback and thank them for allowing me to open their properties.
I also put a bit of work into putting together a workable database for my client contacts.
Tip of the Day:
When preparing your client database, keep in mind that it needs to be functional for not just a few names, but hundreds and maybe even thousands. If you can get it right from the beginning, it will save you a lot of work down the track. Talk to the more experience people in your office about their methods to get some pointers.
