Day 14
Another good day for open homes. Granted, no strong leads, but a nice little haul of average ones. I should know by tomorrow whether yesterday's couple plan on going ahead. Fingers crossed.

The beauty of holding open homes in housing estates is that the neighbours are almost guaranteed to come in for a sticky-beak, and this is a great chance to get your name and business card spread around a bit further. You could be listing their homes next.
